In our Sixth Form we offer a wide choice of subjects, mainly at GCE A Level. The majority of students ,take 5 AS Levels (including General Studies) and 4 or 5 A Levels (including General Studies).

At the moment we offer the following subject choices:

A Level Courses
Art Biology Chemistry Psychology
English Language English Literature French Further Mathematics
Geography German Government and Politics History
Mathematics Physics Religious Studies Music
Theatre Studies Engineering (Applied) Business (Applied) PE (Based at Ermysted's Grammar School)

Students have the opportunity to complete the Extended Project Qualification - a detailed independent study in an area of the student's choice. We offer a wide range of extra-curricular activities, which combined with our A-Level Studies allow students to achieve the AQA Baccalaureate Qualification.

In recent years we have begun to work closely with Ermysted's Grammar School at Sixth Form level. Joint provision of post 16 courses with the boys' grammar school, which is located within easy walking distance, allows our students access to an even broader range of subjects than would otherwise be the case. Each year we take into our Sixth Form a significant number of students who have taken their GCSEs at other local schools.
